Our three high powered facilitation methods are designed to create a highly interactive, inspiring, learner driven, results oriented experience. Through the model of Inform, Involve and Inspire, we fully integrate content with mindset and action skills.
About one third of the training is based on the transfer of knowledge from the facilitators to the group. This includes skill and mindset competencies based on the specific needs of group members.
Individual, small, and large group exercises are designed to evoke and elicit the learners’ own mastery. Approximately one third of the training is spent in exercises, role-play, and activities to draw out the learners’ own solutions.
A natural result and benefit to the FINBAKER learning environment, the learners become inspired, motivated and stirred to create their own changes. One third of the training is spent on closing the knowing/doing gap. Group discussions anchor in the relevance of the new learning to business situations as the members articulate how they can apply the new information to drilled-down, real life situations.
