What does FINBAKER do?

FINBAKER provides sales training and coaching for B2B clients. There has been an overwhelming request to make our mobile sales training available to individuals. In response to this big demand, a B2C version of the 30 Day Sales Surge will be available early 2019.

Who typically buys from FINBAKER?

Our clients are sales managers (national & divisional) who are looking for on-site workshops and mobile training tools to increase sales productivity. Our specialty has been in financial services however other industries such as pharma, insurance & medical sales have found our content relevant and powerful.

What is the 30 Day Sales Surge?

The 30 Day Sales Surge is our mobile training offering. It is an online sales training program that supports sales professionals with automated sales coaching. Within the program, users have the experience of two guided visualizations, daily sales lessons and personalized audio affirmations to boost sales productivity.  Participants will get 30 days of sales coaching support, insight and structure to help you drive business.

When does the program start and end?

The B2B Sales Surge starts whenever the sales manager would like it to. It runs for 30 days straight. If you are without a sales manager or you’re considering purchasing 1-5 licenses, speak to Catherine@finbaker.com to discuss the B2C version. The start date for the B2C version is the first Monday of the month, users get access to the lesson beginning on the Saturday before.

How will I receive the 30 Day Sales Surge?

The process is completely automated. Once you purchase, you will receive an initial email to register and then you’ll receive daily texts to your phone. It’s easy. You can do it on your phone, iPad or desktop at any time.

How does the program launch?

  1. On or before the first Monday of the month, you’ll receive an email inviting you to log-in and register for the course.

  2. Create an account.

  3. Set your preferences.

  4. Complete a few welcome questions.

  5. Lesson #1 begins on the first Monday of the month (Allow approx. 25 minutes for the first lesson, subsequent lessons are approx. 6-12 minutes).

What is the flow to program?

  1. You will receive a reminder text each day containing a link to your course.

  2. You will listen to the intro audio clip.

  3. Complete the follow-up exercise.

  4. Listen to a wrap-up audio clip. The entire process takes no more than 10 min except for Day 1 & Day 15 which are longer exercises.

  5. Be sure to answer all questions as a custom audio is created based on answers.

  6. There is a companion workbook we are testing to go with the course.  An attachment will be included, please print.

What happens after the program?

At the end of the program, you would will be energized by the daily affirming mindset sales strategies. You will be able to download and keep two audio affirmations (about 8-9 minutes long) that are personalized to you: Perfect Customer and Success Vision. You will also be able to keep the two guided visualizations.

What if I miss a day?

You can go back and finish the exercises that you’ve missed. You can also adjust and change times of your daily greeting. You can go back and look at all previous content. On Saturday mornings, the entire weekend material will be unlocked. You can complete Monday lessons over weekend if desired. You can go back but you can’t go forward until the lesson is unlocked.

Do I have to read the text and listen to the audio clips?

There is more content in the audio clip vs the written text. The online information simply outlines key points from audio. You can do one or the other. There are text and audio clips for every day.
